“East” by Woodmorning

I’ve worked with Tatianna and her brand, Woodmorning, since my early days as a filmmaker. The growth we’ve experienced simultaneously is significant and I’m grateful for our ongoing partnership. We went from wandering the streets of Downtown LA to shooting inside a proper location, with models, props, and an Alfa Romeo.

On the technical side of things, we shot this project on a RED Raven with sigma glass. Considering we had a limited crew and only six hours to film on location, we knew we had to choose a spot where the lighting didn’t have to be completely changed. We piggybacked off the venue lighting and added an Aputure P300C through a scrim and an Aputure 120D as a kicker.
