Antidote Eats (The Story of a Food Truck)

From being homeless in of Los Angeles, to running a rapid-growing food truck, Anthony “Antidote” Suggs, tells his story of struggle and success as an entrepreneur. Originally starting as a Los Angeles Cannabis Social Equity Applicant partaking in a losing business deal, Antidote knew he had to pivot. He hotel hopped and slipped in cars, but that never quenched his thirst to be an entrepreneur. After settling out of the failed business deal, Antidote reinvested the funds into starting his own food truck, Antidote Eats.

With the ongoing pandemic,  I thought it important to highlight the story of aspiring entrepreneurs— especially those of color. Though the topic was left out of the final cut, COVID has seriously affected the food truck business.
